President, Madonna Shannon
Madonna has a B.S Degree in Social Psychology and is a certified Life Coach and is currently working towards a Masters degree in Education at William Carey University. She is retired from the United States Air Force where she served as a Military Recruiter and youth mentor, Military Trainer curriculum developer and group facilitator. She had worked in the community as a motivational speaker, certified drug counselor, youth guidance counselor and youth events coordinator. TRP was born from her experiences in the military and working with young people and adults from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and demographics. Throughout her career she has listened to the voices of young people looking to be heard. TRP was conceived under the premise that it really does take a village to raise a child and to bridge the gap between home, school, and "real life".

"Young people are facing challenges that I didn't face at their age; as many of their parents did not. Just because we haven't been through the challenges they face does not mean we can't help them face them, deal with them and overcome them. I have met young people who are trying but need guidance, who are looking for someone to talk with them in a language they can understand, and stand with them to help them make the right choices even when its difficult. I believe that all people have a desire to do the right thing and be a good person. I, and my team, are equipped and willing to do our part in helping them to discover and be who they were created to be".

Operations Vice President, Naomi Ellis
Naomi earned her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Kentucky in 2005. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor she has over 4 years experience assisting students with disabilities achieve their vocational goals through vocational testing, career exploration, career counseling and job placement

Executive Vice President, Janice McGary
Janice is a veteran of the United States Air Force. She has been a Programmer/Systems Analyst for over 15 years. Her experience encompasses a myriad of information technology disciplines. She has a BS in Information Systems Management and an MBA in Electronic Business. Janice has also been a substance abuse counselor, GED mentor and technology trainer. She brings a broad range of experience and skills to The Regeneration Project.

Marketing Director, Bryson Magee
Bryson is an indispensable asset to The Regeneration Project. He served as a teacher's assistant at Ablaze Academy (Greater Grace Apostolic Assembly) and is the co-founder of Brothers, an organization that mentors young men ages 12-16. He brings an abundance of marketing as well as mentoring experience to the organization.
